Your baby deserves more than a daycare, and so do you.

Leaving your baby in someone else's care requires an enormous amount of trust.

Our Nursery School is built around responsive relationships, individual rhythms, and the understanding that your baby's earliest experiences matter the most.

We partner closely with you to create continuity between home and school, so your baby can be cared for as an individual. Not to simply fit into a classroom schedule.

Book A Tour

Nursery School · 6 weeks to 18 months

Ratio: 2:8

Babies don't need to be taught how to learn because they are already doing that every moment they're awake.|

Our Nursery School is intentionally designed around each baby's individual rhythms and developmental needs. Connection, comfort, feeding, sleeping, and movement are responsive to each baby rather than organized around a one-size-fits-all classroom schedule.

Consistent caregivers and close communication with parents help us learn the little things that matter like how your baby communicates they are hungry or tired, what comforts them, and how their needs are changing as they grow.

Our Curriculum

For an infant, care and connection is curriculum. They are learning that they are safe, their needs are met, and they can trust and explore.

Being held while taking a bottle, hearing language throughout the day, watching another child, making eye contact, and being comforted are all meaningful developmental experiences. Rather than relying on containers such as bouncers to occupy babies, we prioritize safe floor time, freedom of movement, and baby wearing. This gives them infinite opportunities to stretch, reach, roll, sit, crawl, and walk as their bodies become ready.

Our Montessori and Waldorf infusions emphasizes natural materials, simple and beautiful surroundings, and warm human connection without overstimulating babies with more than their developing nervous system needs.

Most importantly, teachers respond to babies as people. Their sounds, movements, expressions, preferences, and cries are communication and we pay attention.

Supporting You, Too

Infant care isn't only about the baby.

We know how difficult it can be to leave your child in someone else's care, especially during their first year. Families receive consistent communication about their baby's day and we work with you as their developmental needs change.

You shouldn't have to wonder whether the people caring for your baby truly know them.

Requirements

Nursery School begins as early as 6 weeks old. There are no other requirements for this class.

"The most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the first one, the period from birth to the age of six." - Maria Montessori
